Return Time & Rental Extension: Must be returned before 18:00 on the same day; rental can be extended to before 18:00 the following day for an additional HKD 100. Rescheduling Policy: Free rescheduling allowed once with at least 3 days' prior notice (the shoot must be completed within 1 year of rescheduling). Lateness Policy: 15 minutes late: Hairstyle design service will be canceled. 30 minutes late: Considered a same-day cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited. Q: Does the studio provide luggage or personal belongings storage? A: The studio offers free storage for general personal handheld items. If you bring large luggage, an extra storage fee of HKD 50 / piece applies. Q: What is the charge if the rented clothing is returned late? A: Late returns incur a fee of HKD 100 / day, and the items must be returned to the studio before 18:00 the following day. Q: What happens if the clothing gets dirty or damaged?
