Makeup Service Details: Full makeup for women: HKD 480 / person (approx. 45 minutes) Basic makeup for men or children: HKD 280 / person (approx. 20 minutes) Cosmetics included; guests with sensitive skin are welcome to bring their own makeup products. Advance reservation required. Guests who do not purchase makeup services must arrive with full makeup completed. Cosmetics lending and touch-up space are not provided on-site. Return Time & Rental Extension: Must be returned before 18:00 on the same day. An extension to 18:00 the following day is available for an additional HKD 100. Lateness Policy: Arriving 15 minutes late will result in the cancellation of hair styling services. Arriving 30 minutes late will be considered a same-day cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited. A: Women’s cheongsam ranges from S to 5XL (please refer to the size chart); men's suits range from S to 8XL; men's long gowns suit heights between 150 cm and 195 cm; children's styles fit heights between 80 cm and 140 cm. Q: How are fees charged if rental outfits are returned overdue? A: Late returns incur an overdue fee of HKD 100 / day, and items must be returned to the studio before 18:00 the following day. Q: What happens if an outfit is accidentally stained or damaged? A: If an outfit suffers unremovable severe stains, damage, or loss, full compensation based on the original retail price will be required. Q: How do we select the photos for retouching? A: You can select your photos for retouching on-site right after the shoot, or you can leave the selection to the photographer for the best professional results. Q: What payment methods are accepted? A: A deposit must be paid upon booking to lock in the schedule, and the remaining balance can be settled on the day of the shoot.
