Shooting Locations (Choose 1 location in Sheung Wan / Central): Man Mo Temple: A century-old historic temple with skylight filtering through and flickering candlelights, creating a cinematic Chinese atmosphere. Tram: Retro tram carriages interwoven with soft lighting, traveling through Hong Kong's century-old history. Tai Kwun: Classic arched colonnades and brick walls, highlighting the beauty of architecture and the tailored fit of the Qipao. Hong Kong Streets: The bustling streets of Central and Sheung Wan, where traditional old shops mingle with modern skyscrapers, displaying a unique artistic character. If you have sensitive skin concerns, you are welcome to bring your own personal makeup products. Guests who do not add makeup service: Please complete your makeup before arriving. Please note that no cosmetics borrowing or touch-up space will be provided on-site. Advance reservation is required for makeup services. Outfit Upgrade: Add HKD 500 / person to upgrade to the Chinese Kua Banquet Collection or Bridal Evening Qipao Collection. Outdoor Clothing Rental: Basic Outfits: Add-on price HKD 100 / set (limited to the same outfit on the same day). Security Deposit Policy: A deposit of HKD 500 / set is required upon pickup (fully refundable upon returning the items undamaged). Return Time & Rental Extension: Must be returned before 18:00 on the same day; rental can be extended to before 18:00 the following day for an additional HKD 100. Photo Add-ons: Raw / Unedited Digital Photos: HKD 100 / photo (not included if not purchased) Retouched Photos: HKD 300 / photo (sent via Google Drive email link within 21 days; rush delivery subject to separate negotiation) Large Luggage Storage: The studio provides storage for general personal belongings. Booking & Cancellation Policy Booking Hours: 10:00–18:00 (Must book at least 24 hours in advance) Deposit: Used to lock in the time slot; strictly non-refundable and cannot be applied towards offsetting the photo session fee. Rescheduling Policy: Free rescheduling allowed once with at least 3 days' prior notice. Notice given within 3 days will incur a rescheduling fee of HKD 300 / instance (the shoot must be completed within 1 year of rescheduling). Same-day rescheduling is not accepted. Lateness Policy: Arriving 15 minutes late will result in the cancellation of the hairstyle design service; arriving 30 minutes late will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited. Severe Weather: In the event of a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning, free rescheduling is available within 1 year. No refunds will be provided. Q: What is the charge if the rented clothing is returned late? A: Late returns incur a fee of HKD 100 / day, and the items must be returned to the studio before 18:00 the following day. Q: What happens if the clothing gets dirty or damaged? A: If the clothing suffers severe unwashable stains, damage, or loss, full compensation based on the original retail price will be required.
