Booking at least 2 days in advance is recommended. Deposit & Refunds: Orders cannot be modified or canceled. All canceled orders are non-refundable. Lateness Policy: Arriving 15 minutes past the original reservation time will result in the forfeiture of the basic hair styling service; arriving 30 minutes late will be treated as a service cancellation.
