Booking & Cancellation Policy: Booking Slots: Daily arrival times are split into Session A at 13:30 (corresponding to 14:30 restaurant booking) and Session B at 14:30 (corresponding to 15:30 restaurant booking). Advance booking of at least 2 days prior is recommended. Deposit & Refunds: Bookings cannot be amended or canceled; canceled bookings are strictly non-refundable. Punctuality Guidelines: Arriving 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time will forfeit the basic hair styling service. Arriving 30 minutes late will be considered a service cancellation.
