You can also request a special message to be written on your dish to add a surprise to your celebration! Arrive at the QiPao shop on the purchase date and time (1:30 PM / 2:30 PM) to change into your QiPao and hairstyle, with about 30 minutes for preparation per person. Make your way to the restaurant to enjoy beautiful afternoon tea (approximately a 10-minute walk from our shop). The photographer will help guests take photos during the dining period (shooting time is about 30 minutes). Please return the outfit to the QiPao shop by 6:00 PM on the same day (a late return incurs a fee of $100 per person for each additional hour, or if returned the next day). Photos (digital files) will be sent to the customer's email for download within 2-3 weeks. Notes: The cost includes outfit rental (returned by 6:00 PM), professional photography service (10 photos), and afternoon tea (for one) plus the service charge. Guests who enjoy afternoon tea will receive a complimentary gift, while supplies last. (For details, visit Madame Fù's website). Makeup services can be added (please select from “Add-Ons,” ladies HKD 480 / gentlemen HKD 280), and makeup services must be booked in advance; please arrive at the QiPao shop an hour before your start time for makeup. You can upgrade to a wedding evening dress QiPao collection for an additional HKD $1000 per person. Shooting is based on 10 photos; for additional photos or all photos, please contact our staff. If you are 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, simple hairstyling services will not be available; if you are 30 minutes late, the service will be considered canceled. If there are any stains, damage, or loss of the outfit or rental props, you will be charged accordingly. The shop provides a personal storage bag for guests to store clothing and personal items, but guests must pay a fee of HKD $50 per item for larger luggage or shopping carts. Other expenses should be paid directly at the QiPao shop/restaurant. If you choose Slot A (1:30 PM at the QiPao shop), your restaurant reservation is at 2:30 PM with a dining time of 90 minutes; return the outfit by 6:00 PM. If you choose Slot B (2:30 PM at the QiPao shop), your restaurant reservation is at 3:30 PM with a dining time of 90 minutes; return the outfit by 6:00 PM. Late returns or those returned the next day incur a fee of HKD $100 per person. Outfits and accessories must be compensated for at full price if damaged or lost. A storage bag will be provided for guests to store clothing and items; larger luggage or shopping carts incur an additional HKD $50 per item for storage. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Terms: To confirm your booking for our photography service, we require a non-refundable deposit. The balance can be paid in cash, EPS, or FPS on the booking date. Please note that payments made with Visa/MasterCard will incur an additional 3% charge. You may change your booking date once within one year, provided you give at least 3 days notice. You can postpone your booking due to bad weather (black rain or typhoon number 8 or above) and use it within one year. Postponement can be further discussed with our store, but cancellations are not allowed. Return Policy: Rented items must be returned immediately after the shoot. If you wish to rent the same cheongsam for an outing, you only need to pay an additional $180. The rented cheongsam must be returned by 6:00 PM on the same day.Late rentals will incur a charge of HKD 100 per day and must be returned by 6:00 PM the following day. Cheongsam Rental Deposit: A deposit of HKD 500 must be paid when collecting on the same day, and it will be refunded upon return if there is no damage. Pricing is per person; self-prepared outfits and hairstyles are at the same price. Pets can be photographed for free. You may bring your own props for the shoot. Indoor shoots provide footwear, but you can prepare your own. If going out, please bring your own shoes. Accessories and Hairstyle Design: Included in the cheongsam rental; it is recommended to choose suitable accessories and hairstyles after changing outfits. Makeup Services: Ladies' makeup service: HKD 480 per person; advance reservation is required. Size Adjustment: If you need size adjustments, please inform us in advance and pay the relevant fees. Appointment Time: Reservations can be made during business hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Reservation Requirements: Please make reservations at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. Size Adjustment: If you need size adjustments, please inform us in advance and pay the relevant fees. Delay Policy: If delayed by 15 minutes from the scheduled appointment time, basic updo services will not be available. If delayed by 30 minutes, it will be treated as a cancellation, and the deposit will not be refunded. Compensation for Damage: If there are stains, damages, or loss of clothing, compensation will be charged at full price. Luggage Storage: The store provides personal storage bags.
