Price: HKD 980 (returned by 6:00 PM on the same day) Additional $100 for an extra day (returned by 6:00 PM the next day) Includes: QiPao rental Accessories rental Hairstyling Size adjustment Business Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Rental Appointment: During business hours Return Policy: Please return the rented QiPao by 6:00 PM. Late Return: Late returns after 6:00 PM / an extra day will incur a charge of $100. Additional Services: Extra day for HKD 100, to be returned by 6:00 PM the next day Ladies' makeup service: HKD 480 per person Notes: Reservation Requirement: Please book at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. Return Policy: Rented items must be returned within the agreed time; late returns will incur additional fees. Accessories and Hairstyling: Included in the QiPao rental; it is advisable to select suitable accessories and hairstyling after changing. Makeup Service: Ladies' makeup service is HKD 480 per person and requires advance booking. Size Adjustment: Please inform us in advance if any size adjustments are needed. Deposit: A deposit of HKD 1000 is required for same-day pickup, refundable upon return if there is no damage.
Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions Booking & Payment Deposit & Balance: Non-refundable deposit required. Balance payable via Cash, EPS, or FPS (Visa/MasterCard +3% fee). Reservation: Book at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling & Weather Policy Rescheduling: Free once with 3+ days' notice (valid for 1 year). Late changes after 1 year incur HKD 300/time. No cancellations/refunds. Late Arrival: Delay of 15 mins forfeits hairstyling; 30+ mins forfeits booking and deposit. Bad Weather: Free postponement (valid for 1 year) for Typhoon No. 8+ or Black Rainstorm warning. Rental, Overtime & Damage Deposit: HKD 500 refundable deposit required upon collection; fully refunded if returned in good condition. Overtime Return: Late returns cost HKD 100/day and must be returned by 6:00 PM the next day. Damage: Full compensation required for severe stains, damage, or loss. Services & Facilities Outfit & Styling: Includes basic hairstyle and accessories after changing. Size adjustments require advance notice and fee. Luggage Storage: Personal bags provided for non-valuables. Oversized items cost HKD 50/item.
