Menu: Please refer to the restaurant website at www.madamefu.com.hk Inquiries: 2114 2118 📝 Booking Process: Select your preferred booking date and time online and complete the payment. Arrive at the Qipao boutique at your designated date and time for your Qipao fitting and hair styling. Preparation time is approximately 30 minutes per person. Please specify your preferred dinner reservation time (6:00 PM - 10:30 PM) when booking. (Note: It takes about a 10-minute walk from the boutique to the restaurant). After dinner, please return the costume to the Qipao boutique by 6:00 PM the following day (August 2, 2026). (Late returns before 6:00 PM on the next day will incur an additional fee of $100 per person/per extra day). ⚠️ Important Notes & Terms: Inclusions: The fee covers costume rental (to be returned by 18:00 the next day), dinner for one, and the original 10% service charge. Add-on Makeup Service: Available for purchase at HKD $480 for ladies / HKD $280 for gentlemen. Advance booking is required. Makeup and hair styling take approximately 45 minutes. Costume Upgrades: Upgrade to the Cocktail Collection for an additional $500/person, or the Wedding Collection Bridal Evening Qipao Series for an additional $1,000/person. Punctuality: If you are late by 15 minutes or more for your original appointment, the basic hair-up service will not be provided. If you are late by 30 minutes or more, the booking will be treated as canceled. Damages: Any stains, damage, or loss caused to the costumes or rented props must be compensated at market value. Additional Expenses: Any other personal expenses must be paid directly to the Qipao boutique or restaurant. Late Return Fee: A fee of HKD $100 per person will be charged for late returns or returns before 18:00 the next day. Luggage Storage: No luggage storage service is provided. Booking Notice: It is recommended to book at least 2 days in advance. Availability: This offer is subject to actual availability. Promotions: This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts. Images: All images provided are for reference only. Changes & Cancellations: Orders cannot be modified, changed, or canceled once confirmed. No refunds will be issued for cancellations. Menu & Venue Changes: All menus and dining locations are subject to change without prior notice based on restaurant/hotel availability. Seating Requests: Special seating requests are subject to actual availability and cannot be guaranteed. The restaurant reserves the final right of decision. Dispute Resolution: In case of any dispute, Madame Fù Grand Café Chinois and Something Thine reserve the right to make the final decision.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Terms: To confirm your booking for our photography service, we require a non-refundable deposit. The balance can be paid in cash, EPS, or FPS on the booking date. Please note that payments made with Visa/MasterCard will incur an additional 3% charge at shop. You may change your booking date once within one year, provided you give at least 3 days notice. You can postpone your booking due to bad weather (black rain or typhoon number 8 or above) and use it within one year. Postponement can be further discussed with our store, but cancellations are not allowed. Reservation Requirements Please book at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. Return Policy If a deposit has been paid, it is non-refundable, but rescheduling is allowed up to 3 days in advance. The reservation can be used within one year; thereafter, a HKD 100 administrative fee will be charged for each rescheduling. Rented items must be returned within the agreed time; late returns will incur additional charges. Accessories and Hairstyle Design Included in the Qipao rental; it is recommended to choose suitable accessories and hairstyles after changing outfits. Size Adjustment If adjustments are needed, please inform us in advance and pay the relevant fees. Deposit A deposit of HKD 500 is required upon collection; it will be refunded after the item is returned in good condition. Delay Policy If you are 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you will not be able to receive the basic hairstyle service. If you are 30 minutes late, it will be considered a cancellation of the service, and the deposit will not be refunded. Damage Compensation If there are any clothing stains, damage, or loss, compensation will be charged accordingly. Luggage Storage The store provides personal storage bags for items other than valuables. If items exceed the size of the storage bag, a luggage storage fee of HKD 50 per item will be charged. Overtime Charges An overtime fee of HKD 100 per day will be applied; items must be returned by 6:00 PM the next day.
