Service Description
20s Cheongsam Fitting & Outfit Reservation Guidelines Appointment & Fitting Fees Free Admission & Consultation: Free entry for browsing and consultations. Each visit lasts approx. 30 minutes. Reservations must be made at least 1 day in advance (Available booking slots: Daily 10:00–18:00). Fitting Service Fee: HKD 100 / outfit for trying on garments. Fitting Fee Deduction: The fitting fee will be fully credited toward your rental fee if you confirm the outfit and rental date with immediate payment on the same day. Accompanying Guests: To maintain service quality and a comfortable environment, each client may bring a maximum of 1 accompanying guest. Outfit Reservation & Modification Terms Reservation & Payment: Full payment is required immediately upon confirming your outfit selection and rental date. All reservation payments are non-refundable. Date Changes: Requests to change the rental date must be submitted at least 3 days prior to the original date. One free date change is allowed. The new rental date must fall within 1 year of the original date. Any subsequent date changes will incur a handling fee of HKD 100 per outfit per change. Style Changes & Re-fittings: Changing to a different outfit style after confirmation incurs an outfit-change handling fee of HKD 100. Booking a second fitting appointment after style confirmation costs HKD 200 / session (30 minutes per session). Store Policies & Strict Rules Punctuality Guidelines: Please arrive on time. Arriving 10 minutes or more past your appointment time will result in automatic cancellation, and a new reservation will be required. Photography Policy: To protect our proprietary outfit designs, photography and video recording are strictly prohibited during fittings. Photos may only be taken of your chosen outfit after payment and booking confirmation. Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions Booking & Payment Deposit & Balance: Non-refundable deposit required. Balance payable via Cash, EPS, or FPS (Visa/MasterCard +3% fee). Reservation: Book at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling & Weather Policy Rescheduling: Free once with 3+ days' notice (valid for 1 year). Late changes after 1 year incur HKD 300/time. No cancellations/refunds. Late Arrival: Delay of 15 mins forfeits hairstyling; 30+ mins forfeits booking and deposit. Bad Weather: Free postponement (valid for 1 year) for Typhoon No. 8+ or Black Rainstorm warning. Rental, Overtime & Damage Deposit: HKD 500 refundable deposit required upon collection; fully refunded if returned in good condition. Overtime Return: Late returns cost HKD 100/day and must be returned by 6:00 PM the next day. Damage: Full compensation required for severe stains, damage, or loss. Services & Facilities Outfit & Styling: Includes basic hairstyle and accessories after changing. Size adjustments require advance notice and fee. Luggage Storage: Personal bags provided for non-valuables. Oversized items cost HKD 50/item.
