取消政策
Cancellation Terms: To confirm your booking for our photography service, we require a non-refundable deposit. The balance can be paid in cash, EPS, or FPS on the booking date. Please note that payments made with Visa/MasterCard will incur an additional 3% charge at shop. You may change your booking date once within one year, provided you give at least 3 days notice. You can postpone your booking due to bad weather (black rain or typhoon number 8 or above) and use it within one year. Postponement can be further discussed with our store, but cancellations are not allowed. Reservation Requirements Please book at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. Return Policy If a deposit has been paid, it is non-refundable, but rescheduling is allowed up to 3 days in advance. The reservation can be used within one year; thereafter, a HKD 100 administrative fee will be charged for each rescheduling. Rented items must be returned within the agreed time; late returns will incur additional charges. Accessories and Hairstyle Design Included in the Qipao rental; it is recommended to choose suitable accessories and hairstyles after changing outfits. Size Adjustment If adjustments are needed, please inform us in advance and pay the relevant fees. Deposit A deposit of HKD 500 is required upon collection; it will be refunded after the item is returned in good condition. Delay Policy If you are 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you will not be able to receive the basic hairstyle service. If you are 30 minutes late, it will be considered a cancellation of the service, and the deposit will not be refunded. Damage Compensation If there are any clothing stains, damage, or loss, compensation will be charged accordingly. Luggage Storage The store provides personal storage bags for items other than valuables. If items exceed the size of the storage bag, a luggage storage fee of HKD 50 per item will be charged. Overtime Charges An overtime fee of HKD 100 per day will be applied; items must be returned by 6:00 PM the next day.
